Ferrari Demolition were tasked with the above scope. All works where carried out within in a live store and was carried out around the clock. With scope – methods and tasks every changing Ferrari’s dedication – reactiveness – and exceptional team effort meant that this project was delivered on time with an absolute minimal disturbance to the store and centre.
Tower 42 – London

Ferrari Demolition carried out the strip out out of normal working hours to an office space whilst retaining live services with no issues. The team gained a fantastic relationship with centre management and all waste was removed around the clock to allow other deliveries take place with interruptions.
Channing Junior School

Ferrari Demolition carried out the careful partial hand demolition / alterations of an exisiting school building. The works were extremely sensitive given it was a live school. With years and years of add ons / alterations and roof replacments meant that Ferrari had to be extremely reactive to an every changing working sequence. Ferrari successfully carried out the works and handed the building back to the main contractor which gave them a running start with other trades.

Tavistock Square project required a small but dedicated team that could work to ensure that all areas where swiftly stripped out and handed back to the fit out team to allow areas to be re opened in very small time scales.
