Having worked on a wide range of different demolition projects, Ferrari Demolition fully understand that adopting a method of a large excavator sometimes is not practical especially given the tight locations of city centres and we have the experience, expertise and specialist equipment to carry out a range of different demolition projects using alternative methods taking full consideration to the location and environment around any one particular site.

The first step is an on-site visit where we determine the scope of the project and identify any special requirements such as reclamation and recycling of materials

We would also at this stage assess Hazards and associated Risks.

Risk Assessments and Method Statements will then be compiled and be issued to our clients for their approval.

We also identify at this early stage any potential presence of deleterious materials, and plan their safe handling and removal. If necessary, we would employ the services of specialists.

The next step in the process is the controlled demolition of the structures and the safe handling, transportation and disposal of materials.

Finally your site is left clean and tidy with all hazards removed.
