• The first step is an on-site survey where we determine the scope of the project and identify any prerequisites. We identify at this stage Hazards and associated Risks.
• We also identify at this early stage any potential presence of deleterious materials, and plan their safe handling and removal.
• The next step in the process is the controlled demolition of the structures and the safe handling, transportation and reuse, recycling and disposal of materials.
• Finally your site is left clear and tidy with all hazards removed.
