Our competent staff are regularly receive the correct and up to date trainings and accreditations for their individual roles within the company. All of our employees are specifically trained with the National demolition training group.
Our health and safety advisors constantly monitor our sites and regularly carry our site audits ensuring that all teams are maintaining the company’s reputation of excellent health and safety.

Environment
Ferrari Demolition are fully committed to making a positive change to the environment.
As part of the pre planning stage each site will undergo a survey and items that can be reused/repurposed will be identified.
We fully segregate waste on site ensuring all waste that can be recycled and is recycled, we start this at the early stages of the demolition process. All of our staff are well conversant within the recycling process and are fully understand its importance.
We aim to hit our minimum 98% recycling rate.
Ferrari Demolition’s maintenance on our plant is second to none. Ensuring that all plant operates well makes the demolition process easier and overall reducing the time spent on jobs. Ferrari demolition also implement a strict no idling unnecessarily of plant policy and less pollution is produced because of this.
We always offer solutions to remove the overall carbon foot print when it comes to operating a site and will always strive to recycle and reuse as much material as possible.
Ferrari demolitions modern fleet of plant and machinery all comply with current NRMM Standards.
Mental Health & Wellbeing
At Ferrari Demolition we believe that health and safely goes beyond the physical body, over the last few years it has become apparent how important it is to protect our all our employees needs including mental health and we want our employees to thrive not just survive. We have an in house mental wellbeing first aider on hand for all employees to access, This interaction could range from having an initial conversation through to supporting the employee to access appropriate help.
